The ZKTeco EX16 is an elevator floor expansion board designed to extend the floor control capacity of the EC10 Elevator Access Control Panel. Each EX16 board adds control for 16 additional elevator floors, providing a scalable solution for medium and high-rise buildings.

The EX16 communicates with the EC10 controller via RS485 and is easy to configure using DIP switch addressing. A single EC10 controller supports up to three EX16 expansion boards, allowing control of up to 58 elevator floors. The EX16 integrates seamlessly with ZKTeco’s elevator access control system, supporting fingerprint, RFID card, and password authentication through compatible ZKTeco readers. It is an ideal solution for office buildings, hotels, hospitals, residential apartments, and commercial complexes.
